Our Sculpting Process:
Our sculpting process is where your feature wall truly comes to life. Using our specially developed S1 concrete mix lightweight, durable, and built to last we create rock faces with incredible realism and depth.
We begin by applying a flat base layer, ensuring a strong, even surface for every detail to bond securely. Next, we add a thicker sculpting layer that allows us to carve deep ridges, cracks, and contours that mimic the natural erosion of stone over millions of years. Finally, we use fine brushes and precision tools to add the delicate textures and finishing touches that give the surface its lifelike feel right down to the smallest crevices.
The result is a custom rock-feature wall that looks and feels like the real thing, yet is engineered for lasting beauty in any environment.
